Please note:
→Make sure that the wheel is trued enough so the brakes will have chance to spring back on both sides
→Use good 5mm allen key (hex key) with sharp edges to fit the blocks
→Brake cable wire should be moving smooth inside the cable housing
→Usually to set tightness of blocks to the rim barrel adjuster need to be used, but sometimes brake cable needs adjusting
→Brake blocks should be fitted parallel to the rim
→The brake arms often needs to be adjusted by using micro adjust spring balance, located on the arms
→When brakes are gently applied and the wheel is spinning, blocks should touch the rim around 2mm below the tyre on all surface of the rim on left and right side and they SHOULD NOT touch the tyre in any case
